Communities

Louisville

Louisville is a vibrant, modern community that has retained its small town charm and feel. With a broad economic base and highly educated workforce, Louisville is an ideal place to locate a business and recruit employees. Located on the U.S. Highway 36 corridor between Boulder and Denver, Louisville has a mix of retail, aerospace, bioscience, and energy companies (both renewable energy and energy research).

The City is dedicated to promoting a diverse and sustainable business environment with an aggressive incentive program focused on attracting quality businesses to the community. Development and redevelopment opportunities are available for industrial, retail, and office projects of all sizes.

MONEY Magazine named Louisville as the “Number One Best Place to Live” in its biannual rankings of small towns (populations less than 50,000). The City has nearly 30 miles of trails and is surrounded by approximately 2000 acres of open space. Residents have access to great schools, recreational activities, and a historic downtown.

Louisville is 15 minutes from Boulder, 30 minutes from downtown Denver, and 40 minutes from Denver International Airport.
