Castle Rock

The Town of Castle Rock is situated along I-25, linking residents and businesses with the region’s two largest metro areas—Denver and Colorado Springs. Castle Rock combines historic small town character with the infrastructure of a major metropolitan area. Castle Rock’s population is expected to exceed 100,000 at build out.

Castle Rock is the County seat for Douglas County, one of the wealthiest and fastest growing counties in the nation. The town encompasses 34 square miles with 3,117 acres of commercial and industrial zoning and is less than half built out. While already a vibrant center of commerce with more than 2,700 businesses, Castle Rock is still very much in a growth mode with many business and development opportunities. Castle Rock features a highly educated and skilled workforce and an economic climate that welcomes new and expanding businesses.
