Loveland-based businesses can access highly educated workers from the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University, and University of Colorado Boulder. Loveland also has a satellite campus at Aims Community College.
Loveland’s 67,000 residents commute easily on I-25 and U.S. Highway 34, and Highway 287 that runs north and south through the center of the city. The nearby Fort Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport (FNL) has commercial airline service and also serves corporate and general aviation needs. The Union Pacific Railroad also runs through the northeast quadrant of the City.
Loveland has entered into a 25-year, $360 million infrastructure plan offering business owners signature sites that are ready for occupation and built to suit various needs.
