Windsor is located 60 miles north of Denver and 50 miles south of Cheyenne, Wy. Major access routes include I-25, and Highways 392 and 257. Railroad access is also available through Great Western OmniTrax.

Windsor has created a comprehensive economic incentive program for qualified businesses relocating to the Town. All projects are handled on a case-by-case basis. Incentives can include a personal property tax rebate, or waiving development fees.
