Kerry Kohnen is vice president of business operations and strategy for Kaiser Permanente Colorado, which has provided health care and insurance services in the state since 1969. Kohnen oversees human resources, information technology, strategic planning, and finance. His organization employs more than 5,000 people and cares for more than 480,000 members in the Metro Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs areas.

Kohnen joined Kaiser Permanente in 1975 and has held several roles in the organization's health plan and medical group. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and a master's degree in business administration from California State University.
