Chuck Sullivan is Managing Director for ProLogis' North American capital management. He has overall responsibility for operations throughout North America, including customer service through ProLogis’ marketing services and client services groups.

Sullivan has been with ProLogis since 1994 in various capacities and was most recently the senior vice president and regional director of operations for the Southeast region. Prior to that assignment, he was based in Monterrey, Mexico as the country officer for ProLogis’ Mexico operations.

Before joining ProLogis, Sullivan was an industrial real estate broker with Cushman & Wakefield. He also worked for Andersen Consulting as a consultant to the manufacturing industry. Sullivan has an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. from the University of South Florida.

Both Sullivan and ProLogis believe that the economic viability of a region is irrevocably linked to job growth and a sustainable quality of life.
