As president and chief operating officer for Village Homes, Cheryl Schuette has established herself as one of the home building industry’s most respected professionals.

During Schuette’s career at Village Homes, the company has grown to become Colorado’s largest privately owned and operated community builder, earning numerous awards and honors including “America’s Best Builder,” and “Community of the Year.” Schuette is also a major contributor to Village Homes’ innovative marketing and positioning programs, including The Village Touch®, TECHTouch®, and Village University.

Under her leadership, Village Homes continues to thrive, and today delivers more than 500 new homes each year, primarily within the company’s own master-planned and award winning communities.

As a long time and active participant in the local economy, Village Homes is proud to be involved with the Metro Denver EDC.
