As Senior Vice President of Fuller Real Estate, Colorado native Kittie Hook has created an impressive portfolio of corporate clients in real estate, site selection, financial markets and economic development throughout Colorado and the U.S.
Hook specializes in site acquisitions for national corporations, corporate relocations and expansions and has completed significant investment sales including the $17 million sale of Whole Foods’ regional facility and site acquisition for the new corporate headquarters facility for Ultimate Electronics.
Hook catapulted to distinction early in her career earning the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) Realtor of the Year Award in 1998 and her dedication to local economic development continued through her work with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, earning her “Chamber Champion” awards in 2003 and 2004.
In addition to the Metro Denver EDC, Hook actively invests in her community by serving on numerous boards and committees including The Hundred Club of Denver and the Denver Botanic Gardens. She is a member of the Downtown Denver Partnership, International Association of Shopping Centers, and CoreNet Global. Hook also co-founded the Rocky Mountain Commercial Real Estate EXPO, is a member of the Leadership Denver Class of 2000, as well as the past president for the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), Denver Property Database (DPD), and the Denver Metro Realtor Foundation.
