Justin Ball is director of operations for Fast Enterprises LLC, an international software and consulting firm specializing in public sector revenue processing. Fast Enterprises began in 1997 with a vision to introduce packaged software to the integrated tax processing market and it is committed to being a premier provider of software and consulting services to government tax and revenue agencies.

In five years, Ball has helped to grow the company from 40 people to nearly 300 worldwide. He oversees corporate operations including human resources and training, event and meeting management, community affairs, as well as the day-to-day operations. Ball also directed site-selection and the design and construction of Fast Enterprises’ new ASID award-winning corporate headquarters in Greenwood Village.

An Idaho native, Ball relocated to Denver in 2005. He shares his time with Eric Deffenbaugh, his partner of ten years, at their home in Trinidad and Tobago. Ball is a dynamic member in the community through his support of the Human Rights Campaign, United Way, and the Rocky Mountain Arts Association. He is also actively involved with the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Public Affairs Council as well as the Metro Denver EDC’s Executive Committee.
