Paul Franke is a founding Partner of Franke Greenhouse List & Lippitt LLP, a Denver law firm established in 2002. The firm's practice areas include General Civil Practice, Business, Commercial Transactions, Real Estate, and Complex Commercial Litigation. Franke is a trial attorney emphasizing complex commercial, financial and real estate cases, where he represents corporations, insurance companies, savings banks, commercial and national banks, and mortgage companies. He received his JD from Willamette University College of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from University of New Mexico. Prior to forming Franke Greenhouse List & Lippitt, he was a Partner with Hall & Evans LLC.

Franke is extremely active in his community, having volunteered in a number of organizations for many years. His commitment includes being past Board of Trustees Chair for Mile High United Way and serving on Mile High United Way’s Executive Committee. His achievements there include the creation of a five-year strategic plan which achieved record-breaking results for the organization during his tenure. He also chaired a transformational housing initiative in Denver, which led to the creation of Brunetti Lofts, a $5 million property which provides living units to working, single-parent families. Franke is also Chair of the Advisory Committee for SeedCo Financial Services, Inc., Denver and is currently also serving on the national SeedCo Board.

Franke looks forward to continuing his personal commitment to the community through his work with Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He is pleased to be a part of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and to have the opportunity to participate in the Metro Denver EDC’s strategic initiatives to increase the economic vitality of Metro Denver.
