Rick Calhoun is the senior managing director for the Denver market at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), a global, full-service real estate company. Calhoun oversees all business lines serving the Front Range including brokerage, valuation, asset services, project management, debt and equity finance, and corporate services. 

Calhoun has 30 years of diversified commercial real estate experience in the areas of brokerage, development, and property and asset management. He joined CBRE in 1996 as director of asset services for the Bay Area and in 1997 was made managing director for Northern California. In 1998, Calhoun received the James J. Dideon Leadership Award and shortly thereafter was named senior managing director in the firm's Denver market.
