Ted Clarke, a Denver physician, is the chairman and CEO of the COPIC family of companies. Dr. Clarke strives to emphasize patient safety, quality improvement, physician accountability, and appropriate compensation for negligently injured patients.

Dr. Clarke received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Brown University, and earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado. As well as continuing his clinical work on a part-time basis, he sits on the board of directors for the Physician Insurers Association of America, chairs the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee, and is a member of Colorado Concern, the Colorado Medical Society, and the Denver Medical Society.
