“With the long-awaited opening of the new Interstate 70/Central Park Boulevard Interchange, Denver's next great business address is now ready. The interchange provides direct and easy access to North Stapleton, where we will develop new office opportunities, start the first phase of more than 4,000 homes within the next few years, and fuel multifamily and commercial growth adjacent to our existing Northfield Retail Center," said Lehigh. "Over the years, Forest City has worked closely with the Metro Denver EDC, which is considered by site selectors to be a great resource when it comes to identifying the region’s strengths. We look forward to continuing that successful partnership as we build Stapleton to realize its full commercial potential north of Interstate 70.”
