Kittie Hook Named to DBJ’s Power Book

Kittie Hook, of Fuller Real Estate, was recently named to the Denver Business Journal’s 2009-2010 Commercial Real Estate Power Book list. This elite list highlights 10 business leaders in 14 industry categories that made distinct and newsworthy contributions in their field throughout the past year.

Hook, a Senior Vice President at Fuller, has an extensive real estate background with experience in land, office, investment, retail, industrial, R&D, build-to-suit projects and site selection. In 2009, she has made great strides to further strengthen Colorado’s continued leadership in the new energy movement. She represented Bach Composite, a Denmark-based, wind-energy composites manufacturer, in the purchase of their first North American site located in Fort Lupton. She also brokered the deal that placed Vestas, a key developer in wind energy, in their new assembly plant in Brighton.

Greg Morris, Fuller President/CEO, states, “What sets Kittie apart from the rest is her energy and commitment to her clients, handling all facets of the process.”

Kittie’s commitment to successful client representation goes hand-in-hand with her dedication to Denver and Colorado. She is currently on the boards for the Denver Sports Commission, Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, Downtown Denver Partnership (Economic Development Committee), Denver Botanic Gardens, Hundred Club of Denver and is a former board member for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
