Fidelity Investments, one of the world’s largest providers of financial services, employs more than 40,000 people worldwide, serving a customer base of more than 20 million individuals and institutions. Fidelity opened its 11th regional site in Denver in June 2013. The majority of Fidelity’s Denver-area associates are part of the company’s customer contact center for the Personal Investing division. Its employees have the goal of making Fidelity’s financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want. Fidelity provides assistance to customers on a variety of topics including:
- Retirement and retirement income planning
- College saving strategies
- Management of investment portfolios
In addition to the customer contact center, Fidelity operates five investor centers in Colorado, including one in downtown Denver and one in Cherry Creek. Fidelity’s asset management organization also operates a sector-investing division in Denver.
