U. S. Engineering
Established in 1893, U.S. Engineering Company is one of the nation’s top design-build mechanical contractors. Headquartered in Kansas City, the company opened its Colorado office in 1967. Since then, it has grown to more than 1,000 employees and performs work in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
U.S. Engineering’s deep history is rooted in commitment to its customers, with a goal to provide high-performing buildings that reduce the total cost of facility ownership. Whether constructing, servicing, maintaining, or providing energy analysis of a facility, the priorities always support the ultimate vision. It is this approach that builds trusted industry partners and long-term client relationships.
Examples of current U.S. Engineering projects in the Rocky Mountain region include the Colorado State University football stadium, Denver Public Schools’ 2017/2018 bond cooling enhancements, the University of Northern Colorado Campus Commons, UCHealth Greeley hospital, and the Adams County Human Services building.
“U.S. Engineering Company began investing in the Metro Denver EDC in 2015 and we are glad we joined,” says John Marlow, associate vice president. “To be involved with a group that is represented by such a diverse number of companies and individuals who are all working toward bettering Colorado for future generations is inspiring. Through our involvement, we are on the forefront of key strategic initiatives whether political, legislative, or economic. We are a part of helping make Colorado a leader not only nationally, but also internationally.”
