Gevo named High Impact Cleantech Company of the Year by CCIA
As part of the Colorado Cleantech Industry Association's (CCIA) annual award program, Gevo, Inc. (NASDAQ: GEVO), a leading renewable chemicals and advanced biofuels company, was named Colorado's High Impact Cleantech Company of the Year. Gevo was honored for demonstrated leadership in advancing cleantech job creation, entrepreneurship, political leadership and financing. The award was presented at CCIA's "Colorado Cleantech Industry Awards Celebration" in Denver on November 7th.

Award winners were selected based on many factors, including the company's ability to create an innovative clean technology that has a viable market strategy, the executive team's ability to raise funding to support the technology and the company's statewide job creation.

A group of industry peers ranging from venture capitalists and corporate strategists to current and former technology CEOs selected the award winners.
