Green Build Road Show Denver to be held November 4
Sustainable building construction has taken off in both Europe and the United States over the past five years. Despite the worldwide recession, growth in sustainable construction is expected to outpace many other markets due to strong government involvement. National and local European Union governments are committing funds, establishing tax and policy initiatives, and revising building codes - all of which creates demand for sustainable construction. High energy costs in Europe further strengthen business and consumer interest in green building. Architects, builders, developers, and building products manufacturers are looking at old and new technologies to reduce the energy and environmental impact of commercial and residential construction.
The Green Build Road Show will:
- Present in detail five European market opportunities (France, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Nordics);
- Guide U.S. executives on E.U. market-entry strategies;
- Brief on E.U. product certification and standards;
- Feature local case studies for exporting to key European markets;
- Offer private meetings with market specialists from five U.S. Embassies plus U.S. Mission to the E.U.;
- Provide opportunities to network and create valuable industry contacts, partnership opportunities and sales leads
