The New York Times featured the multimillions in investment pouring into Denver's River North (RiNo) development in its December 27 Square Feet commercial real estate feature, "Denver’s gritty back door could become its new gateway."

According to the article: "A checkerboard of low-slung buildings and vacant parcels, the River North Art District in this fast-growing city has developed a funky vibe over the last few years. Business promoters now want to create an international trade hub in the district and are ready to capitalize on what they see as one of Denver’s last development frontiers."
