TRELORA named Colorado Company to Watch in 2018

June 22, 2018

TRELORA, the technology driven real estate brokerage pioneering how people buy and sell residential real estate, was named a Colorado Company to Watch for 2018. TRELORA is one of 50 high-performing second-stage companies from across the state to be recognized for its success, high growth and innovation by Colorado Companies to Watch.

"It's humbling to be listed alongside these incredible honorees, many of which we look up to for their amazing contributions to the Colorado community," said Joshua Hunt, CEO and founder, TRELORA. "We owe so much of our success to our home state and the innovative companies that have paved the way for our growth. We've worked tirelessly to achieve our goal of saving consumers money and help them navigate one of the most important purchases of their lives, and we thank the Colorado Companies to Watch program for recognizing our mission."

Headquartered in Denver, TRELORA has saved Colorado homeowners more than $40 million in traditional commissions since its launch in 2011. Home buyers and sellers can buy or list homes with the brokerage for a flat fee of $2,500 rather than paying up to 6% in traditional agent commissions all while securing access to a team of expert real estate agents focused on delighting their clients. TRELORA recently expanded to Seattle, and aims to save Seattleites millions in commissions throughout 2018.

"Colorado is a special state and it's an honor for TRELORA to be recognized along with these other great companies," said Monty Moran, TRELORA Board Member and former Chipotle CEO. "All of these companies are striving to make the state a better place to live and work."

The non-profit Colorado Companies to Watch program was designed to recognize and support second-stage companies within Colorado. After more than 1,100 nominations, the 2018 winners were selected due to their significant impact on the state's economy by collectively providing thousands of jobs and contributing millions of dollars in revenue while representing Colorado's diverse landscape. Winners were announced at the 10th Annual Gala Awards Dinner on Friday, June 22 at The Denver Marriott City Center.
