AGI and Integral Systems form business partnership

Analytical Graphics, Inc. (AGI), the producer of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software for analysis of space, defense and intelligence assets, and Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISYS) a satellite communications systems provider for government and commercial customers, today announced their new strategic partnership. This alliance builds upon prior collaborative efforts between the two companies, and will allow government customers to leverage AGI and Integral Systems' COTS products and practices for efficient and cost-effective delivery of space situational awareness (SSA) capabilities. AGI and Integral Systems representatives are available to discuss the new partnership at the 25th National Space Symposium in Colorado Springs this week in booths 402 and 604, respectively.

"Partnering with Integral Systems is an exciting leap forward for AGI and our customers who rely on our software for SSA applications," said Paul Graziani, AGI CEO. "AGI and Integral's combined expertise should greatly enhance the community's efficiency."

"We are pleased to announce this partnership with AGI," said John Higginbotham, chief executive officer, Integral Systems. "We see great opportunities for our customers to benefit from the integration of two best-in-class product sets. This partnership will no doubt usher in new operational capabilities for space situational awareness and satellite command and control."
