Monthly Economic Indicators

Employment in Metro Denver rose 1.2 percent between October 2016 and 2017, or an additional 19,300 jobs during the period.

The Mountain Region consumer confidence index rose to 155 in November, increasing 6.7 percent over-the-month and 32.1 percent over-the-year.

Existing home sales in Metro Denver increased 4.4 percent over-the-month to 5,109 homes sold and increased 0.1 percent between October 2016 and 2017.
