About: The Adams County Workforce & Business Center (ACWBC) is an organization of four workforce centers created to serve community and business workforce needs. The centers are located in Westminster, Thornton, Aurora and Brighton. The ACWBC contracts with the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment and the Adams County Department of Social Services to deliver a myriad of State and Federal funded labor exchange and training programs. The ACWBC also applies for and receives funding for various employment and training program grants that are responsive to industry/business as well as job seeker needs for Adams County customers. This WIRED grant is one of the industry specific training grants.
