About: Jobs for America’s Graduates (JAG)-Colorado, is a statewide nonprofit that partners with the business community, workforce development, and school districts to provide dropout prevention and school-to-career transition services to high school students with multiple barriers to success. Program services are delivered in school through a scheduled, accredited course in employability skills instruction, participation in a student-led Career Association, one-on-one planning assistance, and referral to supportive services. After graduation, program participants receive a minimum of 12 months of hands-on follow-up services including coaching, advocacy, and placement assistance.
