About: Thompson School District has 15,000 students and serves the communities of Loveland and Berthoud in northern Colorado. The strategic plan for the district has four major areas which guide our work: (1) Basic Skills, (2) School to Life, (3) Critical Thinking and Creativity, and (4) Safety and Belonging. Our goal is to prepare students for the 21st Century through these four areas of the strategic plan.
