A description of each document download on the right-hand side of the page is:

  • The "Workforce Innovation Grant II RFP" document was created to solicit applications to address specific industry needs by funding innovative workforce development, training, entrepreneurship, and other industry-specific education and training partnership projects that directly lead to employment or employee advancement in WIRED's four targeted high-growth, high-tech industry clusters.
  • The "Worforce Innovation Grant II Application Guide" was created to help organizations structure their application.
  • The "Worforce Innovation Grant II Budget Instructions" is a guide to help grant recipients better understand how their grant money is to be used.
  • The "Worforce Innovation Grant II Proposal Q&As" addresses frequently asked questions about the grant.
  • The "Worforce Innovation Grant II Application Form" was to be used by applicants vying for funding from this round of grants.  Recipients of grants were seleted in the summer of 2008.
  • "Cost Allocation Budget Sheets" are templates for grant recipient usage.
  • The "Example Cost Allocation Budget Sheet" provides a sample of a completed budget sheet to be used by grant recipients.
  • "WIRED Grant Complaints Process" provides a formal procedure for resolving any issues that may arise during the grant process.
  • The "H1B Funding Allowable Expenditures" document highlights the uses for WIRED grants, which are funded by H-1B money. 
  • "WIRED Goal Matrix Oct. 06" was created in the beginning of the four-year WIRED grant and represents the strategies, activities, and desired outcomes of the Metro Denver WIRED Initiative.
  • "WIRED Boilerplate Contract for Non-State Agencies" is to be filled out by non-state agencies contracted by WIRED.
  • "WIRED Boilerplate Contract for State Agencies" is to be filled out by state agencies contracted by WIRED.
  • The 2008-2009 WIRED Implementation Plan" is the latest document that highlights the situation and work being done by WIRED and its partners.
