Tom Clark is Chief Executive Officer of the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and the Executive Vice President of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He has more than 30 years of economic development experience at the state, regional, county and city levels. Tom's career spans four decades from Director of Commercial and Industrial Development for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs, through positions with the Fort Collins, Colorado Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Denver Corporation, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, the Jefferson Economic Council, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. He holds bachelors degrees in speech and psychology from Minnesota State University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Illinois. Tom was the founder and first president of the Metro Denver Network, the Metro Denver region's first economic development program, for which he received the Arthur D. Little Award for Excellence in Economic Development. He was chosen as one of the nation's top economic development professionals by the Council on Urban Economic Development.

Kelly Brough (pronounced "bruff") took the helm of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Metro Denver EDC in October 2009. Previously, she worked as the Chief of Staff for the City and County of Denver, after serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of the Office of Accountability and Reform. During her career, Kelly’s work has focused on improving public sector performance and service delivery and developing stronger working relationships between the public, non-profit and private sectors. Kelly has a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sociology, Criminal Justice from Montana State University.
Pam joined the Metro Denver EDC in 2011 and works on developing the organization's annual strategic plan and budget; maintaining effective relationships with key constituencies including investors, regional economic development associations, and affiliated groups throughout Colorado; expanding industry development efforts through the Metro Denver EDC's industry-focused affiliates; and coordinating prospect recruitment missions both domestically and internationally. Previously, Pam led international trade efforts at the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. She has also worked in finance and foreign policy analysis. Pam holds a Master of Arts in Area Studies from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and French from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Senior Director, Marketing and Technology
Janet joined the Metro Denver EDC in April 2003 and directs all marketing and public relations strategies, including coordinating national marketing and advertising, creating promotional materials, social media integration, trade shows and special event coordination, development of new technology products, and strategy creation for the metrodenver.org and metrodenverGIS.org and affiliate websites. Janet speaks nationally on the topics of economic development marketing and social media. She has 18 years of experience in marketing/public relations/communications management, having previously worked as Marketing Director at Jefferson Economic Council in Golden. Janet is a South Dakota native. She has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications-Journalism from Black Hills State University in Spearfish, S.D.
Director, Economic Development
Laura is the Director of Economic Development for the Metro Denver EDC. She assists with prospects, research, and business recruitment and retention. Prior to joining the Metro Denver EDC, Laura was an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Lakewood for six years. While at Lakewood, Laura coordinated the creation of two urban renewal districts and the relocation of more than 50 businesses that were displaced by the $750 million Belmar redevelopment. Laura brings more than 30 years experience in economic development, community organization, and marketing to the Metro Denver EDC. As Executive Director of the Rockford Central Area Corporation, Rockford, Ill., Laura was responsible for the economic development and marketing of the city’s downtown. She served three terms as a member of the City Council in Sheboygan, Wis. A Wisconsin native, Laura is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.
Director, Aerospace & Aviation Industry
Vicky joined the Metro Denver EDC in March 2009. She supports the region’s aviation and aerospace industries, and manages the Colorado Space Coalition and the Metro Denver Aviation Coalition. Vicky was previously Aerospace Industry Coordinator with the Metro Denver WIRED Initiative, a U.S. Department of Labor grant to increase the pipeline of workers to the region’s targeted growth industries. Vicky previously worked for UK Trade and Investment at the British Consulate in Denver, where she helped Colorado companies expand business operations into the United Kingdom, and assisted British companies conducting business in Colorado. Vicky also worked to build education and non-profit partnerships for international social economic development programs. Originally from the UK, Vicky received her Master’s degree in Development Studies from Manchester University.
Director, Investor Relations
Cayti joined the Metro Denver EDC in March 2017. She is responsible for attracting new investors, investor retention, raising sponsorship dollars for events, and periodic capital campaigns. Prior to joining the Metro Denver EDC, Cayti was the executive director for the U.S.-Russia Chamber of Commerce. She was also the director of marketing and research at the McKinney Economic Development Corp. in McKinney, Texas for more than two years, handling the organization’s marketing and public relations efforts. Cayti graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International Affairs and Russian Studies. She is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute of the University of Oklahoma. In her free time, Cayti enjoys spending time with her husband Mike.
Interactive Media Specialist
Dani joined the Metro Denver EDC in April 2014. Her top responsibilities include website management, social media marketing, and tradeshow coordination, as well as supporting the overall marketing strategy. She brings nearly 10 years of marketing experience with her from an industrial manufacturer headquartered in Iowa, and has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Mount Mercy College. As a new Coloradan, Dani enjoys adventures in the mountains and exploring all of the music and arts that Denver has to offer.
Senior Economic Development Specialist
Chelsea joined the Metro Denver EDC in January 2016 after two years in the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Public Affairs department. She provides departmental support for the Metro Denver EDC, including administrative support for the Vice President and Director of Investor Relations, and meeting coordination for the Metro Denver EDC and its committees, as well as event management. Chelsea brings with her experience from the Colorado Innovation Network, a division of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. In her free time she enjoys running half marathons and doing yoga.
Daryl joined the Metro Denver EDC in January 2016. As executive assistant to the CEO and Vice President, she provides support to the executive team by managing schedules and coordinating meetings, as well as assisting the Metro Denver EDC staff with events and special projects. Prior to her role with the Metro Denver EDC, Daryl worked as the office services coordinator for the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. Previously an Iowa resident, Daryl has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Directing from Drake University. She enjoys puzzles, fiction, and Denver’s performance arts scene.
